When it comes to the warranty, the most frequently asked question is of course: how long is the warranty period? That depends on which model you have chosen. You can find more detailed information by navigating to the product page for your model. The warranty period for each model is listed there under Warranty. The statutory minimum warranty is 2 years. We offer a 5-year guarantee on almost all models because we are convinced of the quality of our products and are happy to pass this conviction on to you.

Ok, now you know how long the guarantee lasts. But what exactly is covered by the warranty? To put it simply, any damage that occurs even though the watch has been handled properly is due to a manufacturing defect and is therefore covered by the warranty. Conversely, any damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty. This also includes theft and loss. To illustrate this a little, we would like to show you some specific examples.

Example 1:

You only wear your watch on special occasions and are very careful with it. While you are sitting at a meal in a fancy restaurant, the buckle suddenly comes off the strap. You can't react quickly enough and the watch falls to the floor. The fall has caused a crack in the glass. In this case, the defect is in the buckle
