TO THE COLLECTION
FORGED CARBON
A watch case made of forged carbon – this is top-class watchmaking. This exclusive material is produced by heating carbon fibers in stainless steel molds and pressing them with up to 300 kilograms of pressure per square centimeter. What remains is pure carbon – lightweight, scratch-resistant, and with a unique structure.
In the latest Noblesse models, forged carbon is accented with copper and aluminum, giving these models their unparalleled look.
TONNEAU - THE FORM
Since the beginning of watchmaking, watches have traditionally been round. Later, rectangular or square watch cases occasionally appeared on the market. More unusual shapes were out of the question. Most watch manufacturers were too narrow-minded at the time. It wasn't until the 1990s that there was a break with tradition. Contrary to the expectations of established brands, the new case shapes were very well received by consumers.
In reference to the courage to be different, we have revived history with the Tonneau case from Noblesse. The shape reminiscent of an upright barrel excites true watch enthusiasts.
THE DIAL - OPEN DATE DISPLAY
The deliberate break with traditions was further pursued in the design of the dial. Parts of the movement and the date disc are visible through the openings in the dial. A craftsmanship usually only found in mechanical movements.
SAPHIRGLAS - DESPITE THE FORM
Even though the watch glass is hardly noticed due to its transparency, it still has an important function. It protects the watch from dust, dirt, and damage.
Sapphire glass is unbeatable in terms of its numerous advantages, so to speak, the king among watch glasses. Its production is not easy, which also explains the high price. Sapphire glass cannot be scratched through everyday use. This is because it has an incredible hardness. A quality feature we do not want to do without.
THE WATCH CASE BACK
The case back fastened with 8 screws was specially designed to guarantee water resistance. The interplay of satin and polished surface treatment reflects the elegance of nobility. The personal serial number is engraved on the edge.
THE FINISHING TOUCH
In the production and finishing of LOUIS XVI watches, nothing is left to chance. The edges of the case and bracelet are hand-polished. Special attention is paid to achieving a uniform, perfect line.
